We have practiced as an entrepreneur with an interest and financial commitment to the success of this restaurant. Our intention to provide a definitive business, financial and marketing plan that will serve not only our need for capital funding is to have, but used as a roadmap of our daily work. We have taken all precautions to validate our business and financial models, based on realistic projections. We have achieved this as follows:
